Welcome to Boxtick Training. These Terms & Conditions explain how our online courses, services, and digital content operate. By purchasing or accessing any course on boxtick.ie, you agree to these Terms.

We / Us / Our: Boxtick Training.You / Your / Customer: The individual or organisation purchasing or accessing our courses.Course(s): Online training content available on boxtick.ie.Individual Customer: A private consumer purchasing a course for personal or professional development.Corporate Client: A business or organisation licensing content or commissioning LMS services.LMS: Learning Management System.Digital Content: Any course, module, video, or learning material accessed electronically.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing our courses, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You understand and agree to these Terms.
If purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. Our Courses and Services
4.1 Individual Course Purchases
When you purchase a course:
You receive an enrolment confirmation email.
Access is granted immediately.
Access is personal, non‑transferable, and valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Corporate Licensing & LMS Services
Corporate engagements operate under a separate commercial agreement covering:
Licence scope and permitted use.
Branding and customisation.
Fees and payment schedules.
Project deliverables and timelines.
Support and maintenance.
Cancellation and termination terms.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Euro (€).
Boxtick Training is not VAT‑registered; VAT is not charged.
Payment for individual courses is taken in full at checkout.
Corporate payment terms are agreed separately.
Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
A confirmation email is issued after successful payment.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Consumer Rights (EU/Irish Law)
Under EU law, digital content normally includes a 14‑day cooling‑off period. This right is waived when:
You request immediate access; and
You acknowledge that doing so waives your cancellation right.
By completing your purchase, you request immediate access and waive your statutory cooling‑off right.
6.2 Goodwill Refunds
If you have not accessed your course, you may request a full refund within 14 days.If you have accessed the course, refunds are not ordinarily issued.

6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical fault prevents access, contact help@boxtick.ie. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, we will offer:
Replacement access, or
A full refund.
6.4 Corporate Cancellations
Corporate cancellation terms are defined in the relevant commercial agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content is owned by Boxtick Training or its licensors. Purchasing a course grants a limited, personal licence to access the content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content. Recording or downloading course content is prohibited.
8. User Obligations
You agree not to:
Share login details.
Attempt to bypass security.
Use the platform unlawfully.
Post false or infringing content.
Scrape or harvest content.
Impersonate any person or organisation.
9. Course Completion & Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required elements. Certificates confirm completion only and do not constitute professional accreditation unless stated.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
10.1 Content Accuracy
Courses provide general awareness training and do not constitute legal advice.
10.2 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
10.3 Platform Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Third‑Party Links
We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services linked from boxtick.ie.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates do not affect previously purchased courses.
14. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached or fraudulent activity is suspected.
15. Complaints
Submit complaints to info@boxtick.ie. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve within 14 business days.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, labour disputes, hosting outages, power failures, or cyberattacks.
If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected service without liability, except for fees due for services already provided.
17. Digital Content Updates
We may update course content periodically. Updated content is included within your access period. We may retire or replace content without materially reducing course value.
18. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets minimum requirements:
Stable internet connection
Modern browser
Device capable of streaming video
Cookies and JavaScript enabled
We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices or outdated software.
19. Accessibility
We are committed to accessible learning. If you require adjustments, contact info@boxtick.ie. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to the Irish courts, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.
21. General
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy and Cookie Policies, form the entire agreement.Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
